Elle MacPherson is in Austria for the annual Vienna Opera Ball, but before she could make it to the exclusive event the Aussie model took a tumble in front of a packed out audience.
The 54-year-old was walking off stage after addressing the media ahead of the high profile soiree when she tripped over something and fell head first down the steps.

Security personnel and nearby onlookers rushed to “The Body’s” aid, but as an assistant helped her to her feet a reporter thrust a large microphone in her face and asked if she was alright.
Elle hit back: “Yes, you know what it is? There are so many camera flashes I can’t see.”
“That’s why, guys, it’s nice to let us walk a bit.”
The catwalk queen is set to attend the prestigious gala with millionaire businessman Richard Lugner, who pays A-list female celebrities to accompany him every year.
Mr Lugner infamously brought Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner as his double companions in 2014, a night that ended in disaster when a prankster in blackface approached Kardashian pretending to be Kanye West.
Kim immediately left the party but not before Mr Lugner declared to journalists: “Kim is annoying me!”
In previous years, the eccentric tycoon has brought Dita Von Teese, Paris Hilton, Goldie Hawn and Geri Halliwell as his date.
