A mum has been charged with murder, after she was caught on camera dropping her three-month-old baby during a physical alternation with another woman outside a suburban beauty store.

The dead child’s mother, Karen Lashun Harrison, 26, has been charged with felony murder, first degree cruelty to children, second degree cruelty to children, simple battery, and affray after the emergence of CCTV vision of the horrifying incident.
The fracas with another, as-yet-unidentified woman, which took place on July 19, saw the child fall hard on concrete, reportedly causing eventually fatal injuries.
‘It’s very disturbing that two adults would fight in a public place while holding a three-month-old child in their arms,’ said a Moultrie Police Department spokesperson.
Seen carrying the child with one arm, Harrison approaches the other party, who appears to hit the mum in the face with a shopping bag. Seeming to lose her grip on the child, she then strikes back as the child falls to the ground.
The woman reportedly waited a day to take the child to hospital, and allegedly gave a false story about how the injury occurred; claiming the child fell while in the care of a relative.
Police are reported to be seeking the other woman seen in the video.
