Wonder mare Winx lines up for her 28th consecutive win on Saturday in the Group 1, $500,000 Turnbull Stakes.
The world’s top-rated racehorse will be aiming to win the Turnbull Stakes for the second year in a row, to continue her campaign to win a fourth Cox Plate later this spring.
Four-year-old Grunt will be laying down the challenge to Winx having won three of his four starts at Flemington including two Group 1 events, the Makybe Diva Stakes and the Australian Guineas.
The Group 1, $500,000 Spring Champion Stakes comes live Randwick with favourite Thinkin’ Big jumping from barrier seven, with Dealmaker and Aramayo set to push the colt.
