He blew Australia away with yet another powerful performance on tonight’s episode of The Voice, this time singing ‘Love The Way You Lie’, chosen by coach Guy Sebastian.
But 22-year-old Jack Vidgen has revealed another love of his.
“I’ve done study over the years,” Jack, who was saved by Guy during the knockouts, tells New Idea.
Since removing himself from the spotlight, Jack explains that learning has been one of his favourite things to do to help him find himself.
“I studied nutritional medicine for a while, I studied theology for a while,” Jack says, adding, “I was in the headspace of ‘I want to experience things’ – I was ready to break free and experience life and see what was out there.”
Now, Jack says he’s “all about health and fitness” and that it’s become “a lifestyle hobby”.
“I’m mean I’m probably not the fittest person in the world, but I have an interest in nutrition so that will be part of my life,” Jack says.
But for now, Jack reveals the stage is where he wants to be.
“At this point I’m more ready than ever to step back into the music world.”
