Congratulations to The Block’s Kyle and Kara Demmrich who have welcomed a second child to their growing brood.
The thrilled parents announced the news on their joint Instagram account and shared photos of the adorable bub.
‘Wow! She is here, born at 2:58am this morning, 30th May on Kara’s Birthday. Our little girl is feeding well and healthy. She’s 54cm. 3.56kg. We named her Vada Jane Demmrich. Big brother Ziya was running around the room saying “Sissi”. Clearly stoked with his little sister,’ they wrote.
The reality TV favourites revealed in December that Kara was pregnant with her second child.
Announcing the happy news to Instagram, the couple shared a snap of the two of them lying on the sand, along with their son Ziya, with a drawing of a fourth person.
The duo captioned the adorable snap: ‘Our little family is about to get a little bigger! Ziya is totally pumped to have a little bro or sis – due to arrive May 2018. I guess everyone will start telling us ‘you thought you were busy with one kid’ 😂 Bring it on little one, we can’t wait to meet you!
The couple rose to fame on The Block’s eighth season in 2014, which was dubbed Fans v Faves.
The happy couple have been married for nine years, and have now launched a career in renovations, currently working together on Diverse Construct.
