One of the most talked about scenes in Mission: Impossible – Fallout was the rooftop jump scene in London where Tom Cruise jumps from one rooftop to another and pulls himself up. It was the filming of this stunt, which broke Tom’s foot and caused international headlines.

Karl worked with Tony and the experienced team from Stunt Gym in Sydney with a team of stunt coordinators to train and complete the stunt, running from one vault to the next gap, with a rig on, in a controlled environment.

Stunt Gym have over 30 years of experience in the screen action industry, performing  and designing action on some of the biggest blockbusters of all time such as Matrix trilogy, Mission Impossible II, Moulin Rouge, Superman Returns, Tomorrow When the War Began.

When watching Karl’s attempt, co-host Georgie Gardner jokes “I love the sunglass action.”

Karl adds, “I love Tom Cruise and I have a greater appreciation for what stunt men and women do out there.”
