Jonesy & Amanda have beaten out The Kyle & Jackie O Show as Sydney’s leading FM breakfast show, the latest ratings survey confirms.
The WSFM program, hosted by Brendan ‘Jonesy’ Jones and Amanda Keller managed to grow its audience by 0.7 points. Meanwhile, KIIS FM’s Kyle & Jackie O Show – presented by Kyle Sandilands and Jackie ‘O’ Henderson – fell 1.7 points.
The latest survey was conducted by GfK for Commercial Radio Australia.
The results make Jonesy & Amanda Sydney’s highest rating FM breakfast show, beaten only by 2GB’s The Alan Jones Breakfast Show on the AM radio.
The last time Kyle & Jackie O slipped from its reigning spot in Sydney’s FM breakfast radio market was in September 2015, when Jonesy & Amanda hit number one in Sydney.
The Australian Radio Network is yet to respond to the news.
