They found love on reality TV show The Bachelorette, yet just weeks after the finale aired Ali Oetjen and her chosen suitor Taite Radley already appear to be having problems.
Recent images show the couple looking tense and involved in some kind of dispute as they drink tea at a local café in Daintree.
The pair were supposed to be enjoying a romantic trip in Queensland, yet the lovebirds looked far from happy as they sat in each other’s company.
Body language expert Holly Bartter told the Daily Mail that ‘Taite looks a little ‘uncomfortable’ in photos with Ali and may not be ‘taking the relationship seriously’.
‘Taite definitely appears a little more camera-shy and aware of being affectionate in public, looking up when Ali looks up at him and gazing into his eyes,’ Holly told the publication.
The outing comes after Taite shared pictures on his Instagram account of himself partying with a mystery brunette.
An insider also admitted to WHO that Taite never planned to win the show and was hoping to make runner-up position, so he could become the next Bachelor.
“Taite is a fantastic manipulator,” says a production insider.
“He only ever wanted to make it to the final two. He made it very clear from the start that while he knew winning the show is good for your public profile, becoming the heartbroken reject who gets a second chance is even better.”
