Speaking exclusively to reality TV podcast Real Talk with Holly & Ali, Lizzie revealed that Sam is very focussed on his looks.
"Do you know, you guys aren't the first ones to ask me that," she tells Real Talk when asked if Sam dabbles in Botox.
"He kind of does look a bit like a doll.
And exactly how long does he take a long time to get ready?
"He's got 10 products in the shower and I've got three," she admits.
"He's like, 'my hair, my hair'!"
