Ingredients
Rice
Olive Oil
Salmon Spice Rub
2 pieces salmon
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp brown sugar
Mango Salsa
1 mango cut
1 avocado cut
1/4 red onion diced
1/2 juice of a lime
Salt
Coriander
Chilli Flakes
Method

Mix together spice rub, drizzle with olive oil, and mix together.

Coat salmon with mixture. Cook in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.

Add ingredients for mango salsa into a bowl and mix together, drizzle with olive oil, and mix in chilli flakes.

Serve salmon on top of rice and garnish with salsa. Enjoy!
