According to The Sun UK, the Duke of Sussex is "settling down to please Meghan" and has received a helping hand from his former army colleagues in the form of military support guides for first-time parents.
The 34-year-old enjoys a strong bond with his army friends, who are said to have acted as somewhat of a surrogate family to the Duke over the years.
The "small library" of help-books is said to include serious advisory guides as well as humorous titles including Kevin Nelson's The Expectant Father, The Everything Father to Be which explains how to maintain an active sex life during pregnancy.
Another item in the collection is said to be Commando Dad: Basic Training by Neil Sinclair which Prince William and tennis ace Andy Murray read in preparation for their first children.
Harry is said to be extremely excited about the arrival of his firstborn, with Meghan reportedly claiming: "He's going to be the best dad."
Meanwhile, the Duchess is said to be preparing for Baby Sussex in her own unique way.
The 37-year-old mother-to-be is a longtime believer in the Chinese interior design principle of feng shui and is rumoured to be styling Frogmore Cottage in accordance with the mystical concept.
Meghan is also busy planning a nursery for the royal newborn, with New Idea previously reporting her penchant for Moroccan rugs, natural textiles and Scandinavian influences such as touches of Danish Hygge.
"Meghan is loving renovating Frogmore and it’s no surprise to anyone that she’s started with the nursery first!" a palace source said.
"She is calling in lots of designers and interior specialists, but she definitely wants a neutral, natural theme with lots of whites and soft greys.
"She would love a wallpaper feature wall, and is currently going through samples – it’s like her full-time job."
