The image showed The Duchess cradling her bump as she stood alongside actress Rosamund Pike and her wedding dress designer Claire Waight Keller.
But according to Vanity Fair, the photo was deleted from the British Fashion Council’s page hours after it was posted.
Also, a photo of the duchess from the event was also deleted from her bestie Jessica Mulroney.
For now, the image remains on photographer Yvan Fabing’s Instagram page.
Why the images were deleted remains unclear but it might have something to do with the Royal family’s strict social media policy.
At the event Meghan presented Claire with an award and said a few praiseworthy words.
“As all of you in this room know, we have a deep connection to what we wear,” she said.
“Sometimes it’s very personal, sometimes it’s emotional. But for me this connection is rooted in, really, being able to understand that it’s about supporting and empowering each other, especially as women.”
Accepting the award, Claire thanked the Duchess of Sussex, describing her as “amazing”.
“I got to know Meghan on such a personal level,” she added.
