We don’t want anyone to miss out on all of the fun. Vegans and vegetarians
are making their own pulled “pork” with jackfruit. Unripe jackfruit has a fine string-like consistency which makes for a perfect pork alternative. If you can’t find fresh jackfruit looks for it in cans or in the freezer section of specialty stores.
