Ingredients
395g can sweetened condensed milk
200g block milk chocolate, chopped
1 cup Dark Choc Melts (175g)
75g unsalted butter, chopped
1 tablespoon honey
½ x 250g packet Scotch finger biscuits, coarsely chopped
2 cups Cocoa Pops cereal (80g)
2 x 140g packets Maltesers

Grease a 20cm x 30cm lamington pan. Line base and sides with baking paper, extending paper 4cm above pan edges.

Place condensed milk, chocolate, Choc Melts, butter and honey in a large heatproof bowl. Sit bowl over a saucepan of simmering water, stirring until smooth. Remove bowl. Stir in biscuits and Cocoa Pops.

Working quickly, pour mixture into prepared pan. Smooth over top. Sprinkle with Maltesers, pressing into top. Cover. Refrigerate overnight, or until firm.

Lift slice from pan. Cut into bars.
TIP! Slice can be made up to one week ahead. Keep in an airtight container in the fridge. Remove just before serving.
