Ingredients
250g packet Arnott’s Milk Coffee biscuits, cut into 1 ½cm pieces
4 x 57g Bounty Bars, cut into 1cm cubes
395g can sweetened condensed milk
300g dark chocolate, chopped
100g unsalted butter, chopped
Method

Grease an 18cm x 28cm rectangular slice pan. Line base and sides with baking paper, extending paper 3cm above pan edges.

Place biscuits and chocolate bars in a large bowl.

Combine condensed milk, chocolate and butter in a small saucepan. Stir over a low heat until melted and combined. Remove from heat. Stir into biscuit mixture until well combined.

Press over base of prepared pan. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight until firm.

To serve, use baking paper to lift slice out of pan onto a chopping board. Cut into squares.
