“I think our bodies are so intelligent and can tell us so much about how we’re feeling,” she says.
“I want to try and make exercise choices that make me happy on the inside.”
When it comes to her diet, Sarah is pretty laid back.
“It depends on the day and how I’m feeling, but breakfast may be scrambled eggs with bacon or sausages,” she reveals.
“Lunch if I’m being good might be a salad from the studio canteen - I really like the haloumi salad - and dinner may be steak or salmon and salad.”
Of course, she also likes to indulge!
“Pizza and pasta are my weaknesses,” she laughs. “Right now, I’m really craving a margherita pizza.”
