And, why wouldn’t she feel confident? Ada’s trim physique is constantly the envy of many women and now she has revealed the secret to it.
“I try and exercise about three to four times a week - sometimes more sometimes less,” she says of her fitness routine.
“It’s a mixture of weight training, cardio, boxing, Pilates and walks. I mix it up.”
But, it’s not all about exercise, the actress is also constant of her diet.
So, what does a typical day on a plate look like for Ada?
“Morning is poached eggs with some avocado, salt and chilli,” she reveals.
“Lunch is tuna, turkey or chicken salad, and dinner is steak with spinach and avocado. For snacks, I’ll have some macadamia nuts, raspberries, yoghurt and cheese.”
Now that sounds like a diet we could follow!
But, Ada doesn’t deprive herself, and just like the rest of us, she indulged perhaps a little bit too much over Christmas.
“[My 2019 fitness goal is] to get rid of all the Christmas weight!” She laughs. “No, just to feel like I’ve got more energy. Sleeping more would be good.”
