The Channel 10 show announced Dannii and Lindsay would be judging alongside radio starlet Jackie O and comedian Dave Hughes.
US-born Lindsay will be the only non-Aussie on the panel – something Dannii is reportedly livid about. “She is saying: ‘How will Lindsay Lohan know how to recognise an Aussie masked singing voice? The whole premise of the show is trying to pick the masked Aussie singer!’ ” the source said.
“Dave Hughes and Jackie O think it is hysterical, as Lindsay dramas will deliver to their top-rating radio shows.”
The bitter pay dispute has also allegedly resulted in Dannii’s management sending a stern letter to Channel 10 management to demand pay parity. “If Lindsay turns up? It’s on,” the source adds.
