Camilla Parker Bowles has welcomed sick and terminally-ill children into Clarence House where she decorated a Christmas tree with them.
The Duchess of Cornwall was all smiles as she greeted children, their parents and nurses from the Roald Dahl’s Marvellous Children’s Charity.

The royal was lady in red as she gave children and young teenagers a look at the real reindeers roaming the home she shares with Prince Charles.
The group was then treated to a delicious lunch.
