The 31-year-old announced the big news via Instagram, revealing the boutique would open this week.
'It's been on the plan for a couple of years but I had a few road blocks,' she told the Herald Sun.
Laura credits her boyfriend of one year with supporting her dream.
'I have an incredibly supportive boyfriend who has given me the confidence to push myself,' the designer told the publication.
Laura launched her jewellery brand, Toni May, eight years ago in 2010.
The new ToniMay store will open this week on Paddington's Oxford Street, one of Sydney's busiest shopping districts.
