After painting a picture of Brad as a ‘deadbeat’ drunk, the Maleficent star is ‘terrified’ her scheming could put a spanner in the works for getting custody of their six kids.
She’s also ‘fit to be tied’ over Brad’s tryst with his former wife Jennifer Aniston.
“She’s a basket case,” a source spills to Globe.
“She’s become an emotional wreck as public opinion has turned on her,” they added.
According to the source Ange hates being painted as a villain and she feels ‘crushed.’
“She feels the only way to redeem herself is to plead with Brad to come back to her!”
Angelina filed for divorce in 2016 and requested California welfare officials investigate Brad for drunkenly abusing her son Maddox.
Brad was cleared for charges, but the court limited his visitation rights and was forced to submit to random drug and alcohol testing.
Angelina then claimed Brad was a ‘deadbeat’ dad after rumours surfaced he was getting back together with ex-wife Jennifer Aniston after she announced her divorce from Justin Theroux earlier this year.
She also claimed that Brad had not paid any ‘meaningful’ child support during their separation.
Amid all of this Globe insiders claim that Brad and Jen’s chemistry is ‘more intense than ever’.
“They are both crazy about each other,” the source reveals.
“They’ve been hooking up for no strings trysts in LA,” they add.
“What’s more, Angie ended up driving her estranged husband back into the arms of the woman she stole him from!”
But according to sources Brad is unlikely to go back to Ange. “He’s had it with her,” they add.
