Ingredients
6 bake at home white dinner rolls
50g unsalted butter, softened
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tblsp finely chopped flat leaf parsely, plus extra to serve
2 tblsp fresh thyme leaves
Salt and pepper, to season
1 tblsp cranberry sauce
1/2 x 125g wheel brie, sliced into approx 12 thin pieces
Method

Use a serrated knife to make 2 slits into the top of each roll, on a diagonal, but without cutting all the way through.

Combine butter, garlic, parsley and thyme in a bowl. Season.

Use a butter knife to spread butter mixture in slits, followed by cranberry sauce. Then stuff each slit with brie.

Arrange in the basket of the Philips XXL air fryer with Smart Sensing technology. Set the temperature to 180C and time to 6 minutes, cooking until cheese melts and rolls are lightly golden. Serve scattered with extra chopped parsley.
