Ingredients
28 Oreos, biscuit and filling separated
1 tsp baking powder
250ml milk
Icing (optional, but desirable)
150ml double cream, piping hot
150g dark chocolate
Oreo crumbs, to decorate
Method
-
Separate the icing and biscuit parts of the 28 Oreos, putting the icing aside in another bowl.
-
Finely crush the biscuit portion and then pour into a large mixing bowl. Add baking powder and stir.
-
Add milk and Oreo filling to the bowl, continuing to stir until mixture is smooth.
-
Grease and line a microwave-safe tray or bowl, and pour in mixture in. Microwave on high (750W) for six minutes. Remove from microwave and place on a cooling rack.
-
If making icing, pour the piping hot double cream over the dark chocolate in a large mixing bowl.
-
Stir slowly and gently until combined, resembling melted chocolate.
-
Pour over cake as icing. Decorate the edges of the cake with Oreo crumbs for something a little extra.
-
Serve up!
