‘It’s always hard getting back into your routine when you get back from a holiday but here’s what I found made it easier for me,’ Madalin shared with her 482,000 followers on Instagram.
‘Put your gym clothes on first thing - that way you’re already in the right mindset,’ she suggested.
‘Tell yourself you’ll just do whatever you want at the gym, don’t give yourself anything hard to overcome. So this could just be, “I’m just going to do a light walk on the treadmill” or “I’ll just have a play on the elliptical which is never hard”,’ she added.
‘9/10 you won’t actually do this, you just need to get your butt into the gym and convince your brain it’s not that hard!’
‘The hard work is already done once you’re at the gym,’ Madalin insists. ‘Give yourself some time to ease into it and then choose a workout that you know you’ll enjoy.
‘I chose booty coz I been missing that booty burn, and once I started I was in the zone.’
Madlin is well known for her shapely derriere but previously admitted that she is not a fan of squats herself.
‘Squats are an amazing compound movement and should definitely not be discounted,' she wrote previously on an Instagram post.
'But I hate squats so I never squat. Luckily for me, squats aren't the only exercise that grow the booty!'
'Incorporate hip thrusters, glute bridges, cable kickbacks, banded abductions and lateral band walks into your workout routine and watch that peach grow!' she added.
'Remember, results are seen with consistency, dedication and SMART work. Work smarter not harder peeps!',' she said.
