Ingredients
180g block white cooking chocolate
500g fresh cherries, with stems attached
¼ cup pistachios, finely chopped
Method

Melt chocolate in a large, heatproof bowl sitting over a saucepan of simmering water, stirring until smooth. Remove bowl from heat.

Working with one cherry at a time and holding it by the stem, dip it into chocolate to come halfway up the side. Then dip one side of cherry in pistachios.

Place on an oven tray lined with baking paper. Refrigerate until set. (For an equally delicious variation, use milk or dark chocolate instead of white. Yum!)
