Jennifer Aniston has sent fans into meltdown after she hinted a reunion could be in the works for her iconic comedy series Friends.
Jen, who played the inimitable Rachel Green on the hugely popular US show from 1994 until 2004, sat down for a chat with her real-life friend and legendary talk show host Ellen DeGeneres.
Ellen started the interview by bluntly demanding: "Number one - do a Friends reunion."
To which the actress replied: "Uhhhhh.. Okay."

"Why not?!" Ellen demanded.
"I know ... Why not? I've told you - I would do it. I would do it!
"The girls would do it. And the boys would do it, I'm sure.
"Listen - anything could happen," Jen trailed off with telling smirk.
Earlier today, Ellen, 61, shared the clip on the official Instagram page for The Ellen Show with the caption: "Tomorrow, one of my best friends tells me about a reunion with some of her best Friends."
The post sent social media into a frenzy, quickly racking up almost 300,000 likes and thousands of comments from fans of the 90s show.
One excited user wrote: "A Friends reunion would be the best!!!!!"
Another tagged a friend saying: "We can only pray."
Other followers couldn't believe 50-year-old Jennifer's age defying appearance, with one declaring: "Her hair is STILL everything I want in life and it's been that way for over 20 years."
Jen's co-stars David Schwimmer, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc and Matthew Perry yet to comment on the news, but Courteney Cox - who played neurotic Monica Geller on the show - posted a throwback photo of the cast late last month.
Adding fuel to the fire of reunion rumours, the Cougar Town star captioned the post: "The one where the six of us went to Vegas and no one knew we were F.R.I.E.N.D.S yet #tbt #beforeitaired #lovetheseguys."
