After weeks of champagne, cheese platters, roses and Apollo’s abs, Sophie Monk has fallen in love with Stu Laundy, awarding him the final rose.
Winery owner Jarrod Woodgate, 31, was sent packing in an emotional climax after claiming the former pop-star was ‘the love of his life’.
Filmed in Fiji, tensions ran high as Sophie’s family, including her mother, Sandy, father, Andrew and look-a-like sister, Lucy, weighed in on Sophie’s two suitors, meeting them one after the other.
Father-of-two Stu, 44, was up first and couldn’t hide his nerves. Sophie’s sister Lucy grabbed him for a chat and didn’t hold back her hard hitting questions.
Stage-five-clinger, Jarrod was up next but worked his charm with Sophie’s mum and soon, had her in (happy) tears.
Next up, it was solo date time.
Jarrod and Sophie helicoptered to a private sandbank with their very own chef.
Stu and Sophie went out on a seaplane and then proceeded to go snorkeling. Stu plucked up the courage, telling Sophie he was madly in love with her.
That seemed to be enough for the radio star and in the final moments of the show, Sophie revealed to Stu she felt the same.
