‘It doesn't matter if you're 13 or 113, if there's an irregularity in your breasts, go and get checked. That's the message we really want to get across.’
It was as bumpy road to the show’s triumphant ending for some of the cast, with Casey suffering a panic attack during rehearsals.
‘I’m having an anxiety attack,” she told Home And Away’s Georgie Parker as she burst into tears.
Speaking about her attack, Casey says the performance is the most she’s ever been out of her comfort zone.
‘Being the only plus, plus size woman in this cast, it’s confronting. I struggle with anxiety on a daily basis, I could feel it creeping in,’ she confessed in voice-over.
Casey admitted that when she was first asked to be a part of Ladies’ Night, she had to think about it.
‘It was a massive thing for me to take on board,’ the 31-year-old told The Morning Show.
‘To bare half of me, when usually I like the lights off and for nobody to really see me in that state, it was a big thing to stand there and go, I am me, I am confident - this is who I am.’
What an amazing result from these inspiring women!
