Actress Teresa Palmer has said she won't be discussing her post-baby weight loss because she doesn't want to add to the pressure on mothers.
The 30-year-old actress, who recently welcomed son Forest, said she thinks it's more important to focus on babies rather than weight loss.
'I think it's something that really shouldn't be focused on as we embark on connecting with out babies,' she wrote.
She continued: 'We must be gentle with ourselves and remember how miraculous bringing a life in to the world is and how phenomenal our bodies are for having birthed these babies however they've decided to come earth side.'
Teresa is also mother to two-year-old son Bodhi with her husband Mark Webber.
