The Duke of Sussex agreed with the 85-year-old, stating, "It does make it different."
Harry also discussed his love for nature and conservation, having travelled far and wide during his life as a royal.
"I think, weirdly because of the people that I’ve met and the places I’ve been fortunate enough to go, I’ve always had a connection and a love of nature."
The Prince acknowledged that while being a father had definitely opened his eyes to a deeper perspective on environmentalism, he had always been passionate about the idea.
“I view it differently now, without question. “But I’ve always wanted to try and ensure that, even before having a child and hoping to have children."
Prince Harry's passion for environmentalism means that he only wants "two children, maximum," in an effort to limit his family's carbon footprint.
"I’ve always thought: this place is borrowed. And, surely, as intelligent as we all are, or as evolved as we all are supposed to be, we should be able to leave something better behind for the next generation," the father of one said.
Both Harry and Meghan have taken an interest in helping to conserve the environment.
Each month, the Duke and Duchess choose to promote a different cause on their Sussex Royal Instagram account.
The royal couple only follows a small number of users from different causes, in an effort to bring social awareness to each issue.

In particular, for the month of July, Meghan and Harry chose to raise awareness for the environment.
The Duke and Duchess attended the Lion King Premiere in London, to support Protect The Pride, a global conservation campaign to support efforts protecting the rapidly diminishing lion population across Africa.
The Sussex royal Instagram account shared a post of the royal couple at the event, writing in the caption, "The Duke and Duchess are committed to advancing conservation efforts across Africa and around the world, and working with communities to ensure a sustainable future for the planet."
