The father-of-one discussed his favourite Invictus Games moment - a U.K. victory over the USA in wheelchair basketball in the 2014 games.
"That night, there was a goal scored every single end, boom, boom, boom, boom, and then Team U.K. came out on top," said Harry. "That night, the penny dropped that we'd managed to create something really special."
Harry says he felt elated at seeing the joy and relief on the faces of the competitors and their families and even recalled when he picked up a kid and put her on his shoulders as she watched her dad play.
"She was almost in floods of tears because she couldn't see the stage, so I stuck her on my shoulders, and she just bopped away," he said. "That, for me, was amazing because these kids were able to see their parents being themselves again."
