Top-selling American publications Star and National Enquirer are both sensationally reporting that the troubled former 90210 actress is again expecting a child, despite serious financial problems that could reportedly see her end up behind bars in the near future.
With the 'spendaholic' actress reportedly already racking up $1 million in debts, she could soon be facing tax fraud charges, report both magazines.
'Tori's situation is pretty bleak,' a friend tells Star. ' The creditors are hounding her day and night. She's hoping her mum will clean this mess up, but Candy is done bailing them out.'
Another source told the National Enquirer: 'Tori seems to be receding into a dreamland. She can't deal with the financial crisis and escapes by spending even more money.'
That crisis has involved legal actions over huge unpaid credit card bills, the tax man draining her accounts and a bank taking action over a major unpaid loan. The Enquirer alleges that tax fraud charges may be next.
'Should Spelling continue to default on paying back the bank loan in full, plus interest, jail time would certainly be an option,' a source told the magazine.
Things aren't looking great for Dean either, after failing to pay his ex wife child support.
Candy, the mega-wealthy widow of late TV producer Aaron Spelling, already reportedly pays the rent on Tori and husband Dean's $9,500-a-month home, buys their groceries and pays for their five children's educations.
Now Star is claiming the kids - Liam, 10, Stella, 9, Hattie, 6, Finn, 5 and Beau, 9 months, could end up 'in the hands of the Department of Children and Family Services' if the cash-strapped couple both end up in jail over their debts. But instead of reigning herself in, it seems that Tori just can't stop spending.
'Tori's busy picking wallpaper for the nursery,' a friend told Star. 'But she'll be looking at a cell if she's not careful.' The Enquirer's source adds: 'She hasn't curbed her spending.'
Now only time will tell if Candy saves the day - or if Tori's legal problems mean even her former status as Hollywood's most spoiled princess can't save her.
