Alongside a snap of herself in a pool with her pets, the pregnant star laments that she's in a happy place and very grateful for her health, three-years after overcoming cancer.
'Today and every day, I am so grateful for my health. Like everyone, I have my off days and that is very normal but over the past few years I have put such an important focus on both my physical and mental health since overcoming Cancer,' she wrote.
'Sometimes you don’t realise how important it is until you come face to face with a situation like mine (and many other life-threatening diseases). It feels so good to contribute to a project which helps other people reach this place too 🤜🏼🤛🏼💫💛 @VodafoneAU#DreamLab #OurDreamJob.'
The star's heartfelt words were taken in by fans who were quick to leave messages of support for James.
The former Home and Away actress and her husband Nate Myles are expecting their first baby together, which is due in December.
