"Today is a great day" began Penny's long post, "The mighty Sam Frost has launched a website that is going to help thousands of us better understand mental health issues, either for ourselves or on behalf of our friends and family."
The actress continued: "After working with Sam for the past couple of years, I have discovered that she has a glorious gift for speaking the truth and making herself vulnerable".
The site is geared towards young women with a specific focus on the dangers of social media and how to cope with the pressures of the online world.
Sam's latest endeavour is a cause close to her heart, with the stunner speaking candidly about her own struggles with depression and anxiety on many occasions.

Speaking to The Daily Telegraph about her new project, the blonde bombshell revealed she worked hard to develop the website in collaboration with mental health experts.
