Michelle Bridges fans can finally get their hands on her new book, Keeping It Off.
The former Biggest Loser trainer shared the exciting news on Instagram, explaining to her followers in a video what the new book is all about.
"I'm so excited about what's in there. Some amazing, beautiful, easy recipes. Some fantastic exercises you can do it at home," she said.
"But more importantly some fantastic information and education around the truth of weight loss and weight management, keeping it off and the long term success."
It sounds like the fitness entrepreneur's new book has been released at the perfect time, leading up to summer!
The mum-of-one has recently had the opportunity to work alongside her partner Steve 'Commando' Willis.
"We are getting the chance to do a lot of key note addresses and doing some work together, doing group workouts with corporates and other people in the market who are interested in having us come along to their conferences," she told WHO.
"We're getting to do that together and that's really fun."
