The couple shared the exciting news to Instagram, sharing a sweet picture of Vida's tiny hand.
Lopilato, who is from Argentina, wrote: 'How to explain that our heart explodes with love? That there’s not enough hours in a day to think about it. I thank God for making us this gift of life and happiness! Because looking in her eyes is looking at heaven itself!'
'We love you to infinity and beyond. We waited for you not only to grow as a family…you gave us light, hope, you are and will be our souls’ life.'
The couple are also parents to Noah, 4, and Elias, 2.
Recently, the couple have been very open about their son Noah's fight with cancer.
The 41-year-old and his wife first announced that their son had been diagnosed with the disease back in November 2016.
'We are devastated about the recent cancer diagnosis of our oldest son Noah who is currently undergoing treatment in the U.S,' the couple wrote in a statement at the time.
'We have always been very vocal about the importance of family and the love we have for our children.'
The Feeling Good singer updated fans on the little boy’s condition in a statement to Us Weekly in February.
'We are so grateful to report that our son Noah has been progressing well during his treatment and the doctors are very optimistic,' he wrote.
'He has been brave throughout and we continue to be inspired by his courage.'
'We thank God for the strength he has given all of us.'
