According to The Express, the Duchess is ripping up the floorboards and creating a floating yoga space where she can practise yoga with her new baby.
A source told the publication that the practise has brought her many benefits.
"It has brought calmness to her life," they said.
"Meghan has kept up her own routine during pregnancy and many experts say gentle stretching is highly beneficial for babies too."
Meghan's mother was a former Yoga teacher and introduced her daughter to the practise.
"Yoga is my thing. My mom is a yoga instructor, and I started doing mommy-and-me yoga with her when I was seven," Meghan told Best Health.
"I was very resistant as a kid, but she said, “Flower, you will find your practice – just give it time.” In college, I started doing it more regularly," she added.
