"I'm here at the opera house now and if I see her today I will tell her I admire here and her humanitarian work. She is amazing," she tells News Idea.
"If I get close enough I may try and steal a kiss from Harry. Why not! I'm topping up my lippy."
The former Lorna Jane employee is mistaken for the royal on a daily basis and has even been asked to move to the UK to turn her appearances into a full time job.
"Every day someone asks me 'do you know who you look like'," she admits.
"Of course I'm flattered.
"I was recently in Europe for a holiday and people there were crazy. They call her the Duchess of Sussex and they were blown away by the resemblance!
"I have been offered a move to the UK to work at this full time. I'm actually thinking next year may be my year! And I may do it."
Originally from Darwin, the Maori-Australian was discovered when a Canberra newspaper ran a photograph highlighting her likeness to the 37-year-old.
Stephanie told Seven News today that she first realised the likeness when a co-worker and Suits fan started calling her "Rachel".
Given Meghan has just announced she is pregnant with her first child, Stephanie says she's looking forward to "growing her belly" with the Duchess.
"I'm so happy for them now she is pregnant and maybe I will have to get one of those fake baby bumps myself so I can keep on doing appearances," she explains.
