MAFS Zoe: I love my new body after baby
Winning hearts across Australia when she married a stranger on a controversial TV reality show, Zoe Hendrix is clearly a girl who likes a challenge. So it comes as no surprise that just 12 weeks after giving birth, she is back in a bikini.
With daughter Harper-Rose perched happily on her hip and TV husband Alex Garner proudly watching on, the reality star exuded confidence at our exclusive photoshoot – looking amazing as she showed off her petite size six figure.
Losing an impressive 17kg since the birth of her beautiful little girl, she has every reason to be proud of her achievement. But as the new mum sits down with New Idea, she reveals that there’s been no personal trainer, boot camps or even a strict diet.
‘I’ve simply been walking and pushing my pram while Harper sleeps,’ she says, smiling. ‘I do about five to seven kilometres a day to my local park. I just put my shoes on, put on a podcast or crank up Beyonce and go.’
Gaining 20kg during her pregnancy, the TV favourite says the past few months were the most difficult to stay on track with her health – and even Alex struggled to keep in check, piling on 10kg himself.
