On Wednesday morning, Kyle revealed live on air to co-host Jackie 'O' Henderson that he has "forked out" for a number of abortions. His revelation left his 43-year-old co-host shocked.
The 47-year-old joked on the Kyle and Jackie O Show, "I don't even care about the abortions I've forked out for... Should I light a candle every year? Or 12?"
"Don't stay that! What's wrong with you?" questioned a stunned Jackie O.
Kyle went on to question if Jackie - who if a mother-of-one to daughter Kitty - if she was pro-life and asked, "What's wrong with me having a dozen under my belt?"
This isn't the first time Kyle has discussed abortions on air.
Two years ago, the radio hosts engaged in a conversation about then-US President candidate Donald Trump's claim that women who seek abortions should face "some form of punishment". It was then that Kyle revealed that he had paid for an ex-girlfriend's abortion.
"I believe a woman can do whatever she pleases," said Kyle.
A spokesperson for KIIS FM told Daily Mail that Kyle was not referring to his relationship with Imogen Anthony at the time of the remarks.
Kyle has also made a number of shock revelations in regards to his relationship with his 27-year-old girlfriend Imogen. Just last year he said on air that he wasn't sure if Imogen was conscious the first time the pair were intimate.
"She was so blind the first time we made love I'm not sure she was conscious," he said.
Imogen herself has also been vocal about her relationship with the shock jock. In June, she posted a loving message for Kyle on his birthday alongside an image of him cuddling one of the many dogs the couple own.
In the caption she wrote, "I love this man more than words can explain. You made my heart explode, and then showed me what it’s like to feel true internal love. I honestly have no other words, they wouldn’t even come close to justifying how I feel for you. You make me feel protected, you make me feel like I’m a real person, even if you’re the person that knows exactly what to say to push my buttons"
In the same post she also paid tribute to their seven year anniversary and expressed her excitement to have children with him.
