The KIIS FM’s radio hosts girlfriend, Imogen Anthony, revealed that Kyle is following a strict diet of green juice, and has cut out sugar all together.
News of the shock jocks slim-down was revealed when cookbook author Yumi Stynes appeared on the Kyle & Jackie O show on Wednesday, and he posed for a photo with Yumi and one of her famous cheesecakes.

Anthony was quick to comment words of encouragement to her boyfriend,
“Don't eat it, babe!, Anthony wrote, “He's been so good on the green juices and no sugar diet!! Very proud”.
Sandilands diet comes after a series of health issues including high blood pressure, back issues, and severe migraines that meant that radio star had to miss days of work.
He described his health issues on air saying, “So I get into this cycle of gasping for breath, not getting enough oxygen and getting a migraine.”
Fingers crossed Kyle sticks to his no-sugar diet and gets better soon.
