This was the second time in a row the 45-year-old had come out on top at the annual event.
Karl also took a dig at his brother and cricket rival, Peter Stefanovic, who also took part in the match.
“Pete’s on Sky news now, he’s got three people watching him,” he joked.
However, all jokes aside, Karl admitted it was a fantastic day.
“It was a terrific day for charity, the Stefanovic lads are always going to be there,” he said of the friendly game which raised $15,000 for the charity ‘Batting for Change.’
Other celebrities at the match included Ninja Warrior host Ben Fordham, former fast bowler Brett Lee, MKR judge Colin Fassnidge, Home and Away’s Lynne McGranger and Prime Minister Scott Morrison.
