"I have been so blessed this past year. I’ve met some amazing people who will become life long friends," Jess began.
"I’ve learnt who is toxic for my life and since letting them go from my life I’ve only excelled further. I’ve been given the opportunity to travel and I’ve been given opportunities that I will always be grateful for."
Jess continued her post by opening up about the online abuse she has received since appearing on MAFS: "In no way has this year been “easy” I’ve gone through heartbreak and been at my lowest of lows.
"I’ve been bullied and ridiculed by a lot of you but the love far outweighs the harsh words."
