The 17-year-old, who brought to life Summer Bay’s much-loved Raffy Morrison, will soon be seen as Princess Roxana in the blockbuster film. And now she can’t wait to head back to LA.
“It’s always been a dream to be able to go and work in Hollywood,” Olivia tells New Idea.
“Now it’s absolutely on the agenda. I’m going to go back for pilot season.”

Over the past four years, the hugely talented teen has become one of our most popular faces. And it seems the sky really is the limit for Olivia, whose final scene as Raffy aired last week, with the epileptic teen farewelling Summer Bay to relocate to Victoria.
Olivia has managed to reconnect with some of her former Home and Away co-stars now living in LA and making a name for themselves on the world stage. And, having moved to Sydney from her hometown of Melbourne when she landed the part of Raffy at just 13, Olivia hasn’t looked back.
“I’ve been on the show for what’s been such a huge and important time in my life,” she says.
“I’ve spent a lot of time growing up on TV, surrounded by these wonderful people. I’ll remember them forever and they’ll be lifelong friends.”
Indeed, Olivia – who managed to juggle her busy filming schedule with her school studies – is grateful for her years on the hit weeknight drama series.
“It’s incredibly special,” she says warmly. “I wouldn’t have had it any other way.”
Over the years, Olivia formed a close bond with many of her castmates, particularly seasoned stars Emily Symons and James Stewart.
“My family on the show has become so incredibly important to me – they’ve totally become like a second family,” says Olivia. “They’ll always be in my life.
“I came on the show to learn and experience it all. Home and Away has really given me the base, ground-set and professionalism to go on to other forms of acting and performing as it covers such ground – it’s comedy, drama and romance.”
And there’s no doubt that Olivia loved playing Raffy.
“I’ve grown up with Raffy and she’s been ‘me’ for such a long time,” she says, simply.
While fans will be sure to miss Raffy, Olivia will always cherish a couple of mementos from her time in the small seaside town.
“I was able to take the epilepsy bracelet that Brody (Jackson Heywood) gave Raffy, which she always wore, as well as a beautiful plaque the art department made me,” she says with a smile.
