The 36-year-old chef was left horrified when Helen came on air and ordered him to 'call my lawyer' before abruptly hanging up.
The fiasco started when hosts Kyle Sandilands and Jackie Henderson asked the chef what was going on with his neighbourly dispute.
George stuttered: 'To tell you the truth, I've been that caught up in MasterChef that I'm not really...all I know is that she's going to be absolutely ecstatic when it's all finished.'
He then joked: 'We'll have her over for a session! We can do a little workout together. It's somewhere to meditate - twice a day.'
Kyle then asked, 'Have you ever spoken to her - that woman?' to which George admitted he hadn't.
'I think we should ring her now,' Kyle suggested.
'Go for it. You've become like a mediator, aren't you? You're a good man,' George replied, audibly nervous.
Shock jock Kyle, true to his word, called up Helen, who picked up after one ring.
He said: 'I've got George on the phone, do you want to chat to him? Maybe you can sort it out!'
A clearly aggravated Helen snapped, 'No I don't!'
'Listen, I'll tell you what to do. If you've got George on the phone you can talk to my lawyers.'
A clearly rattled George adds, 'Oh, that's okay...It's all good. I'm sure everyone's going to be happy at the end of it.'
Helen seemed unimpressed with his answer, adding: 'Tell George to call my lawyer. I'll give you my phone number.'
Cutting her off, George says: 'It's a busy day today you know...obviously we're filming MasterChef... but er, that's fantastic.'
Helen finishes, 'Alright, well you tell him to go through my lawyer,' before abruptly hanging up.
Kyle and Jackie burst into laughter as George awkwardly giggled.
'You know what you guys tried and I really appreciate it. I also get where she's coming from - she's used to one thing and obviously we've changed it,' he said.
The build has riled Helen to the point she's lodge a complaint with the Victorian Building authority over the 'atrocious black box'.
