Ingredients
Watermelon and Raspberry Smoothie
6 Frozen Yoghurt Ice Cubes
1/2 cup chopped watermelon
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
2/3 cup coconut water
1 tblsp Pure Maple Syrup
Mango, Passionfruit and Pineapple Smoothie
6 Frozen Yoghurt Ice Cubes
3/4 cup frozen mango
1 tblsp Passionfruit Pulp
3/4 cup Pineapple Juice
Banana and Strawberry Smoothie
1 Chopped Banana
125g Hulled, Fresh Strawberries
1 tblsp Honey
3/4 Cup Apple Juice
6 Frozen Yoghurt Ice Cubes
Method

To make a watermelon and raspberry smoothie, place 6 frozen yoghurt ice cubes in a sandwich snap-lock bag with 1/2 cup of chopped watermelon and 1/2 cup of frozen raspberries. Freeze. Just before serving transfer to a blender with 2/3 cup of coconut water and 1 tblsp pure maple syrup. Blend until smooth.

To make a mango, passionfruit, and pineapple smoothie, place 6 frozen yoghurt ice cubes in a sandwich snap-lock bag with 3/4 cup frozen mango (120g) and 1 tblsp passionfruit pulp. Freeze. Just before serving, transfer fruit cubes to a blender with 3/4 cup of pineapple juice. Blend until smooth.

To make a banana and strawberry smoothie, place 6 frozen yoghurt ice cubes in a sandwich snap-lock bag with 1 chopped banana and 125g hulled, fresh strawberries. Freeze. Just before serving, transfer to a blender with 1 tblsp honey and 3/4 apple juice. Blend until smooth.
