1.5kg chicken nibbles
1⁄4 cup corn flour
1 cup pale ale beer
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup honey
1 tblsp white vinegar
2 tsps garlic powder
1 tsp sea salt flakes
Toss chicken, in three batches, in corn flour in a shallow dish. Arrange in a single layer in a large roasting pan lined with baking paper.
Combine beer, sauce, honey, vinegar, garlic powder and salt in a jug. Mix well. Pour over chicken. Toss well to coat.
Cook in a hot oven (200C), turning halfway through, for about 50 minutes, or until chicken is cooked. Remove from oven.
Toss chicken in the roasting pan to coat in sauce. Serve immediately.
