The segment was about an 80-year-old grandmother who went on a UK morning show to perform a gymnastics routine, inspired by her granddaughter.
Sam Armytage concurred, joking that she could do it at the Sunrise studio.
"We’ll set up a mat on the performance area and Lib can come in and do it," the tv host quipped.
"It’s a mixed event. You can do it together - both of you," Mark Beretta added, joining in on the banter.
Sam continued to discuss the idea through spurts of laughter.
"What's wrong with middle-aged people getting their rocks off?" the 42-year-old said.
"We still get our rocks off," Kochie jokingly argued sending his cohosts into uncontrollable laughter.
Sam - who recently split from Paul O'Brien - was laughing so hard that she covered her face and threw her head back, while Mark was forced to turn away in laughter.
A collected Kochie continued the show as the team lost it around him.
A comment from David Koch during the "Feel Good Friday" segment sent Sam Armytage and Mark Beretta into a fit of hysterical laughter.
The pair attempted to share the announcement that there were 365 days until the Tokyo Olympics.
"It is a special day, one year until the Tokyo Olympics," said Sam, to which Kochie replied by mispronouncing "Konichiwa," which means hello in Japanese.
The blonde host was quick to correct Kochie before the hosts and crew burst out laughing.
