Thanks to his personal trainer Luke Zocchi, we now know a lot more about the father-of-three - and we wish we could unsee it!
To prepare for his latest turn as Thor in Avengers: Endgame, Luke told the Daily Telegraph that Chris switched to a vegan diet, with smelly results.
"He went to the toilet a lot more - legumes and beans if you eat a lot you do get very gassy and bloaty," Luke spilled.
We really feel for his wife, Elsa Pataky.
Luke said his mate and client consumed at least 3,500 calories a day, and turned to pea and soy burgers instead of meat to fuel his plant-based diet.
His change in diet came about after he had a "meltdown" after watching the documentary What The Health.
But the big question is, is Chris still gassy?
According to Luke, the pair were taught a clever trick to combat flatulence at the hands of beans.
"Use seaweed paper and soak the beans in water and that helps the gassiness," he explained.
