Chris is a renowned chef and has travelled around Europe honing his craft. When he first met Amy he suggested he cook for them at Martha’s Vineyard.
He’s also a farmer
In 1961 his grandfather bought Beetlebung Farm in Martha’s Vineyard and after learning to cook, he spent time on the farm learning how to grow food.
He’s a cookbook author
Chris is the author of The Bettlebung Farm Cookbook which won the 2016 James Beard Award. The book features plenty of delicious paddock to plate recipes including Sausage in Grape Leaves and Grilled Squid.
He’s the brother of Amy’s PA
Chris actually got to know Amy through his sister who is also the actresses Personal Assistant.
He owned a goat
Chris used to own a goat called Kale which eventually ended up on the dinner table. "It would only be milked if we gave it a bucket of kale. So, we said, let’s have a goat roast." Chris told The Boston Globe.
